The heating oven is suitable for format goods up to 430 x 630 mm (gelling range of 410 x 580) and impresses with its optimized drying method. The control panel is intuitive to operate and allows precise setting of temperature and time.
A small air filter is already included in the scope of delivery, which can be attached to the top of the oven using magnetic technology.
When using ink, hot melt adhesive granules and films from our range, the processing parameters for gelling are in the range of 125 - 150 seconds, between 140°C and 165°C. The optimum processing parameters depend on the amount of ink applied, print formats, etc. and should be determined by you individually.
