Terms of Shipment

We want to make sure that you receive your goods on time and in a good condition. For these reasons, we ship parcels with UPS, GLS and some other transport companies. In 2020 we dispatched more than 65,000 parcels and over 11,000 pallets to our customers. Here you will find some more information on our shipment terms:

Delivery time

Standard orders received by 12 p.m. are usually dispatched on the same day.
Express orders: Goods ordered by 2 p.m. via express (UPS and shipping goods) with a delivery address within Germany will be delivered the next working day. Delivery dates to any other EU-countries are subject to vary.
Please find below some detailed information on our shipment terms as well as on our transport companies:

Free delivery limits for standard shipping shipment

Delivery free of charge for the following countries:
- from 200.00 euros within Germany
- from 250.00 euros to Austria and Benelux
- from 500.00 euros to France and Denmark
For any other countries the final shipping costs depend on the order volume and weight.

Parcel shipment

Any standard orders we ship with GLS or UPS Standard (standard delivery time within Germany: 24-48 hours).

Express parcel shipment (within Germany and any other countries)

Any urgent orders will be shipped via GLS Express or UPS Express (national deliveries: delivery on the next working day with various time options) or UPS Express Saver (national and international: delivery in the course of the next working day). The delivery costs also depend on the order volume and weight.

Pallet Shipment / transport company

Depending on the order volume and weight, we will send it in a parcel or on a pallet or as general cargo. Free delivery also for any pallet deliveries.

If the net order value is less than 200 euros, a fixed shipping rate of 8,70 € will be applied.
If the net value is less than 250 euros, a fixed shipping rate of 11,70 € will be applied for any shipments to Austria and the Benelux.
For any orders with a net value of less than 500 euros we charge 13,00 Euro net to France and Denmark.
The Shipping fees to Switzerland depend on the weight or order weight.
Shipping costs to any other countries are calculated based on the order value and will be communicated to you separately with a order confirmation

Pick-ups/ collection by customer in Ottersweier, Germany

You can also arrange your own pick up or send us your own carrier by selecting the corresponding field in your online order. We will inform you by phone or e-mail as soon as the goods are ready to be picked up. Payment can be made by credit card, cash or by pre-payment though bank transfer in advance. Please check if there are any payment restrictions from your bank if you pay by credit card. Any pick-ups for non-European Union countries (Norway, etc.) is not possible.

With regard to the return of packaging, we use the option for deviating agreements contained in the Packaging Act and ask you to hand over the packaging to a disposal company. We thereby jointly avoid additional transports, additional costs and additional emissions. A compensation for your concession has been made in form of a 2 % deduction on our goods.
