DTF format printing systems
With a DTF format printing system, you can print on sheets. We offer you ready-made transfer sheets in the formats DIN A4 to 40 x 50 cm.
To create finished DTF transfers with a format printer, the transfer film must be powdered with hot-melt adhesive (DTF transfer powder) after printing. You can do this by hand or with the help of a DTF Shaker Station. The adhesive then gels under the influence of heat, e.g. in a heating oven.
A DTF format printing system is suitable for small and medium-sized orders. Whether printing directly on to textiles (DTG) or for creating direct-to-film transfers (DTF), both processes can be implemented with the compact all-rounders Epson SC-F1000, Epson SC-F2200, and the textile printing systems TexJet NG from Polyprint!
DTF roll-to-roll printing systems
DTF roll-to-roll printing systems are suitable for medium to large quantities and are characterised in particular by inexpensive consumables. If you are looking for a DTF printing system that allows you to produce transfers on roll material, a DTF roll-to-roll printing system from the XP-600-PRO series is perfect for you. The print is created on the roll-to-roll printer – the DTF film material is transported and runs into the fusing unit. The hot-melt adhesive is automatically applied and the transfer gels – the finished DTF transfer can be found at the material output. This now needs to be cut and can then be further processed. The SC-G6000 is Epson’s first DTF roll printer. This roll printing system relies on Epson’s proven PrecisionCore inkjet technology and impresses with its easy operation and automatic maintenance.
