Exchange and return

Terms of return of goods

An exchange and/or a return of the delivered goods is excluded - apart from the cases of defective goods - unless the seller has expressly agreed to the exchange or return in writing. In this case, the seller shall be entitled to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the net value of the goods, but at least 15 EURO. Returns will only be accepted in unused and complete condition in the original packaging. The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.
