The PE Brand Hot Peel transfer film is suitable for processing using the hot or cold peel method. The carrier material of the film has a thickness of 75 µ. The thickness of the inkjet coating enables printing with standard or well-known DTF inks from various manufacturers. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Films from the ‘PE Sense of Colour’ series are compatible with inks from the following manufacturers:
- Kodak DTF/FTF Ink
- DuPont™ Artistri P1600 series
- Epson® UltraChrome DG / DG2 Inks
- Other manufacturers from the Far East
PROCESSING METHOD:
- Instant Peel: No (peel off film directly up to 1 second after application)
- Hot-Peel: No (peel off film 2-5 seconds after application)
- Warm peel: Yes (peel off film 5-10 seconds after application)
- Cold peel: Yes (peel off film when cold)
GUIDE VALUES PARAMETER FUSER UNIT:
- XP600-Pro & 450 mm fuser unit: Preheating: 55-60°C | Heating chamber: 98-110°C
- XP600-Pro & 600 mm fuser unit: Preheating: 55-60°C | Heating chamber: 98-110°C
- XP600-Pro (4-head) & 600 mm fuser Speed: Preheating: 60-65°C | Heating chamber: 102-115°C
