The DTF transfer film is suitable for processing using the hot peel method. The film has a roll length of 100 running metres and is available in a width of 600 mm. - Ideal operating environment for printing & processing:
- 20-25 °C, 40-60% rel. humidity, non-condensing.
- INSTANT or HOT PEEL: Peeling of the foil is done, can be done immediately after transfer.
- Temperatures and pressing times are to be chosen depending on the inks and hot-melt adhesives you use.
- Re-pressing (approx. 5 seconds) is recommended.
Due to the varying film thickness, calibration needs to be checked. Please note that the parameters may deviate.
