The transfer foil is suitable for processing in the instant or hot-peel procedure and is for printing with DTF inks approved or offered by us.
The foil is coated on one side, with a "double layer".
The rolls have a length of 100 running metres and are available in widths of 300, 330, 600 and 800 mm.
PE Brand Hot Peel foils can be used with the following printing systems:
- XP600-Pro-series
- Other systems, with suitable inks based on Epson printheads
- XP600 / 4720 / Epson I3200-A1
Processing parameters:
- Ideal operating environment for printing & processing: 20-25 °C, 40-60% rel. humidity, non-condensing.
- INSTANT or HOT PEEL: Peeling of the foil is done, can be done immediately after transfer.
- Temperatures and pressing times are to be chosen depending on the inks and hot-melt adhesives you use.
- Re-pressing (approx. 5 seconds) is recommended.
