Gravotech LS100EX CO2 Laser Engraver, 40 Watt

Medium-sized CO2 laser with a maximum marking area of 610 x 305 mm (L x W) (size of a quarter sheet of material) and a maximum object height of 145 mm. Ideal for series production and sign making.

Possible applications:
For laser engraving and laser cutting of plastics, wood, glass and other organic materials as well as painted surfaces. Any sign material can be precisely engraved and cut (depending on the laser source).

Efficient and safe working:
The front-loading mechanism makes it easy to load and change parts. In addition, the backlit marking surface ensures a clear view of the work. The job can be changed and the settings adjusted directly in the embedded dashboard. Safety is guaranteed by the integrated extraction system and Air-Assist (triggered automatically) as well as by the Class 1 laser classification (fully safe laser engraving machine with automatic stop when the door is opened).

2 laser sources available:
A CO2 and fibre laser power is mainly created by matching the laser source and the material to be engraved. While a CO2 source is perfect for plastics and organic materials such as wood, paper, rubber, etc., a fibre laser is better suited for metals. The LS100 EX is available with a CO2 laser source or a fibre laser source to suit all applications.

Multi-technology software:
for centralised recording of settings, designs and results achieved in one working environment. Equipped with a print and cut function for cutting printed materials.

Available with 25 W, 30 W, 40 W and 60 W power.
