DTF transfer film RS Single Coated

The coating of these transfer films is specially designed for printing with the inks of the "RS-series".

The film is coated on one side by means of a "double layer".

An antistatic coating helps to reduce hot-melt adhesive residues in the gaps.

The films have a roll length of 100 running metres and are available in widths of 280, 330 or 600 mm.

RS series films can be used with the following printing systems:

• Slim Sarah, Busy Bill 2.0
• Other systems, with suitable inks, based on Epson printheads: XP600 / 4720 / Epson I3200-A1
• Not suitable for printing using the Slim Sarah or Busy Bill printing systems!

Processing parameters:

• Ideal operating environment for printing & processing: 20 - 25 °C, 40 - 60 % rel. humidity, non-condensing.
• COLD PEEL: The film is peeled off after it has cooled down!
• Temperatures and pressing times should be selected depending on the inks and hot-melt adhesives you use.
