Subli Prep Opaque translucent white-base

Digi Coat sublimation lacquers for sublimation printing preparation. Theses laquers have been conceived to prepare products lacking pre-treatment needed to print with sublimation.

White-translucent base-lacquer for glass and ceramic surfaces’ preparation.

White opaque base-lacquer DC-OW-400 also available for sublimation transfer on dark surfaces.

Application:

• Surface has to be dry and degreased
• Base coating with primer / adhesion improver DC-AP-250
• From a distance of 25 cm, spray clear lacquer DC-SC-400 cm onto the surface, effecting swinging movements – let it dry for 10 minutes
• Spray a thin coating of white-translucent base-lacquer DC-TW-400 onto the surface and let it dry for 5 minutes
• Oven drying at 160 °C for 15 to 20 minutes

Content sufficient for approximatively 2 square meters.
