Flexiflex Reflex is a very well covering polyurethane film (PU) with hot melt adhesive for processing on all commercially available cutting plotters. The cutting lines are clearly visible and allow fast weeding. Thanks to the adhesive polyester backing, small details can be cut and the plots are easily stackable after weeding without blocking. This film is suitable for cotton, polyester and BW/PES blended fabrics. Washable up to 60 °C.

Due to the low pressing temperature of only 130 °C, the textile is protected, undesired shiny spots and resublimation are thus avoided. Flex films also enable the finishing of demanding surfaces such as functional textiles, softshell jackets and football boots.Processing on nylon and textiles with water-repellent coatings or components is not possible (if necessary, carry out a water test to check this). We generally recommend carrying out your own application tests on original materials.

Processing:

• 15 seconds pressing time at 130 °C and high contact pressure
• Can be peeled off warm or cold
• Complies with EN ISO 20471
• Suitable for cotton, polyester and blended fabrics
• After transfer wait 24 hours until first wash
