With FOREVER DTF transfer films, you can print designs with the finest details and vibrant colours.
Part of the carrier layer remains on the ink layer during processing, which optimises wash resistance.
Compatible with the following inks:
- DuPont™, P1600 series
- Kodak, Kodacolor DTF/FTF
- Epson, DG-2
- STS DTF Inks
The films are available in the dimensions DIN A3 (297 x 420 mm) and 400 x 500 mm.
Recommended processing parameters:
1. pre-press textile for 5-10 seconds
2. position the transfer
3. transfer the transfer:
Natural fibre: ~140-155 °C / 15 seconds / 2.5 bar*
Synthetic fibre: ~120-130 °C / 15 seconds / 2.5 bar* 4.
4. peel off the transfer
Remove Instant Peel "hot" immediately after opening the press!
5. repress transfer for 5 seconds
- Ideal operating environment for printing & processing: 20-25 °C, 40-60% rel. humidity, non-condensing
- Depending on the textile, the transfer can be transferred within 1 second; minimum temperature for processing: 155°C*.
*Suitable parameters for the further processing of a finished DTF film depend on various factors, such as the selected print settings & settings, the inks, hotmelt adhesives and films used or the textile substrate on which the transfer is to be placed!
