Warranty:

Bring-in service warranty.

The warranty period is 12 months for electronics and mechanics, and 2 months for print heads.

Other ink-carrying parts, such as the capping station, dampers, pumps, or hose systems, are excluded.



Warranty and guarantee claims shall become void if consumables such as inks, cleaning agents, etc. are used that have not been approved by Print Equipment for use in connection with the supplied printing system, or if the printing system is not operated within the required operating parameters.
