The DTF XP600-PRO system bundle consists of the XP600-PRO printing system and the associated fuser unit.
The XP600-PRO printing system impresses with technical innovations and a compact design. The print head technology used is two Epson® PrecisionCore I3200-A1 print heads, which are arranged in a linearly staggered manner, enabling simultaneous colour application of CMYK and white. The compact design of the print system helps to reduce the travel distance of the printhead carriage, increasing print speed by approximately 35% compared to our previous models.
The running performance in the production setting of the XP600-Pro is in the range of 11-12 running metres / hour.
Due to the higher production speeds as well as increased customer interest in the topic of sustainability, the new printing systems are offered exclusively with inks from well-known manufacturers. Depending on your requirements, you can choose from the following ink sets: DuPont™ Artistri® P1600 Series or Kodacolor DTF/FTF Series. Both ink mixtures are certified according to ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX®, DuPont™ Artistri® P1600 is additionally GOTS-certified.
The associated fuser unit also boasts a number of innovations.
A large number of the functions are controlled automatically, which makes the system easy to operate. Furthermore, the noise level of the fuser unit - both in maintenance position and in operation - could be reduced significantly by using a modified insulation.
