Product Information
DTF Transfer Film Premium Instant Hot Peel can be processed with all finishing methods (Instant, Hot, Warm, and Cold Peel) thanks to its specially formulated InkJet double-layer coating, making it suitable for all customers regardless of their processing method.
The film is available in media widths of 300, 330, 450, and 600 mm and is approved for use with the following inks and adhesive powders:
Compatible inks:
- Kodak DTF/FTF Ink
- DuPont™ Artistri P1600 Series
- Mimaki PHT50 Series
- Brother Inks
- Roland Ultramax EVO DTF Inks
- Other DTF inks from various manufacturers
Compatible adhesive powders:
- DTF Adhesive Powder Sense of Colour
- DTF Adhesive Powder PE Diamond Grade
- DTF Adhesive Powder Kodacolor FTF
Note:
Finished DTF transfers should be further processed at 120–160 °C, depending on the textile substrate, to achieve optimal results (110 °C for flip-flops).
Recommended parameters for the Instant or Hot Peel method:
Cotton & cotton-rich blends: 150 °C / 6 seconds
Properly stored, finished transfers retain their quality for up to 3 months.
