Product Information
The transfer film is suitable for processing using the instant, hot-peel and cold-peel method and is designed for printing with DTF inks approved or offered by us. The film is coated on one side using a double layer.
The films have a roll length of 100 running metres and are available in widths of 300, 330, 400, 450, 600 and 800 mm.
Compatible inks: - Kodak DTF/FTF Ink - DuPont™ Artistri P1600 Series - Epson® UltraChrome DG / DG2 - Mimaki PHT50 Series - Brother - Roland Ultramax EVO DTF inks - STS DTF Inks - DTF inks from other manufacturers (Far East)
Compatible hot-melt adhesives: - DTF Transfer Adhesive Sense of Colour - DTF Transfer Adhesive PE Diamond Grade - DTF Transfer Adhesive Kodacolor FTF
Note: Finished DTF transfers should be processed at between 120–155°C, depending on the textile substrate, to achieve optimal results (e.g. bathing slippers at 110°C). When properly stored, finished transfers maintain their quality for up to 6 months.
Please note: These films are not designed for use with the standard media holder (e.g. with the XP600-Pro system),
as the higher weight of the film can damage the media holder / media mount in the long term.
We recommend using this film exclusively in combination with a pneumatic roll holder (as available on the XP600-Pro-4HD-V2).
Use in combination with an unsuitable roll holder / unwinding device is at your own risk!
