Digi Coat sublimation lacquers for sublimation printing preparation.
Theses laquers have been conceived to prepare products lacking pre-treatment needed to print with sublimation.
White opaque base-lacquer for dark surfaces’ preparation
- White-translucent base-lacquer DC-TW-400 also available for glass- and ceramic surfaces
- Pretreatment with primer / adhesion improver DC-AP-250 for glass and ceramic surfaces
Application:
- Surface has to be dry and degreased
- Spray white opaque base-lacquer DC-OW-400 onto the surface and let it dry for 5 minutes
- From a distance of 25 cm, spray clear lacquer DC-SC-400 onto the surface, effecting swinging movements – let it dry for 10 minutes
- Oven drying at 160 °C for 15 to 20 minutes
Content sufficient for approximatively 2 square meters
