Product Information

The POLI-FLOCK® TUBITHERM® flock film stands out with its soft, velvety feel and its particularly dense flock surface. Instead of a smooth film finish, you get a three-dimensional textile look with brilliant colours – making your designs appear noticeably more premium and refined than with a conventional flex film. Ideal wherever your design should not only be seen, but also felt.

A velvety look with genuine depth
The particularly dense flock gives every design an elegant, textile appearance. Standard colours are based on viscose fibres, NEON colours on polyamide fibres – both deliver excellent colour brilliance. With a material thickness of approx. 0.50 mm, you achieve high opacity even on dark textiles.

Easy to cut and weed
The flock film can be processed on all standard cutting plotters; we recommend using a 60° flock blade. Cuts are sharp and precise, and even when pulling the excess material away quickly, weeding works without any tearing. That keeps you moving fast, even on larger runs.

Clear transfer parameters
Transfer takes place at 160 °C for 15 seconds at 2.0 bar medium pressure. Peel off the PET carrier while still warm (hot peel), then press again for approx. 2 seconds using the same parameters. This brief re-press ensures the flock is permanently anchored in the fabric.

Suitable textiles
POLI-FLOCK® TUBITHERM® adheres excellently to cotton, polyester and cotton/polyester blends as well as to natural and synthetic fabrics. Nylon fabrics and materials with a water-repellent finish are not suitable. We recommend always carrying out an application test on the original material beforehand.

Versatile in use
This makes the flock film for textile printing the right choice for a wide range of textile finishing applications: from T-shirts, jersey numbers and names to sports, leisure and workwear, through to merchandising, fan articles and carrier materials for advertising and design.

Wash-resistant and certified
Designs in standard colours are washable up to 60 °C, NEON colours up to 40 °C – both are dry-clean resistant. The film is free from PVC and plasticisers, manufactured from ecologically safe raw materials and certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, product class 1 (certificate 07.0.50430). It is available in 500 mm x 5 m and 500 mm x 25 m.

Instead of a smooth film finish, you get a three-dimensional textile look with brilliant colours – making your designs appear noticeably more premium and refined than with a conventional flex film. Ideal wherever your design should not only be seen, but also felt. A velvety look with genuine depth The particularly dense flock gives every design an elegant, textile appearance. Standard colours are based on viscose fibres, NEON colours on polyamide fibres – both deliver excellent colour brilliance. With a material thickness of approx. 0.50 mm, you achieve high opacity even on dark textiles. Easy to cut and weed The flock film can be processed on all standard cutting plotters; we recommend using a 60° flock blade. Cuts are sharp and precise, and even when pulling the excess material away quickly, weeding works without any tearing. That keeps you moving fast, even on larger runs. Clear transfer parameters Transfer takes place at 160 °C for 15 seconds at 2.0 bar medium pressure. Peel off the PET carrier while still warm (hot peel), then press again for approx. 2 seconds using the same parameters. This brief re-press ensures the flock is permanently anchored in the fabric. Suitable textiles POLI-FLOCK® TUBITHERM® adheres excellently to cotton, polyester and cotton/polyester blends as well as to natural and synthetic fabrics. Nylon fabrics and materials with a water-repellent finish are not suitable. We recommend always carrying out an application test on the original material beforehand. Versatile in use This makes the flock film for textile printing the right choice for a wide range of textile finishing applications: from T-shirts, jersey numbers and names to sports, leisure and workwear, through to merchandising, fan articles and carrier materials for advertising and design. Wash-resistant and certified Designs in standard colours are washable up to 60 °C, NEON colours up to 40 °C – both are dry-clean resistant. The film is free from PVC and plasticisers, manufactured from ecologically safe raw materials and certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, product class 1 (certificate 07.0.50430).
