The Emo-Frame Acrylic System is a simple but brilliant solution to create unique 3D photo panels using standard transfer presses. This invention allows you to offer your customers unique 3D photo panels with sublimation printing.
You don't need an expensive press or an oven. You can use the same equipment that you already use for sublimation of flat articles.
This is how it works: create the printout with your sublimation printer and press it onto the acrylic plate (art. no. EFA-). Immediately after pressing, place the acrylic plate in the mould (art. no. EFAJ-). This gives the still hot acrylic plate its curved shape. To achieve the most even shaping possible, we recommend pressing the hot acrylic sheet lightly into the jig (EFAJ-) using the cardboard roll (EFAJ-CBR-).
Let it cool down, done! The acrylic sheet has adapted to the contour of the mould and you have now made a unique 3D photo panel.
