The xTool OS1 DTF Fuser Unit takes your DTF workflow to the next level. With a fully automated 3-in-1 system, it completes the powder application, shaking and drying process in one seamless operation – ideal for small studios, pop-up stores, or apparel shops. In combination with the xTool DTF Printing System XT-DTF-DS-390, it creates a perfectly coordinated workflow.

Technical highlights:
- Space-saving design: Occupies only about one-third of the footprint of conventional machines – perfect for limited spaces.
- Safety & comfort: The enclosed housing protects the workspace, while the removable viewing window and intuitive control panel ensure user-friendly operation.
- Automated powder distribution & closed circulation: No manual feeding required – clean, efficient, and safe.

Please note:
The fuser unit does not include an internal filtration system. To maintain air quality and proper ventilation, we recommend using the xTool AP2 or an external exhaust fan. Please ensure adequate ventilation in your workspace during operation.
