Product Information
The transfer film is suitable for processing using both the HotPeel and ColdPeel methods and is optimized for printing with the DTF inks approved and/or supplied by us. The film is coated on one side using the "Double Layer" method. The films come in rolls of 100 linear meters and are available in widths of 300, 330, 400, 450, 600, and 800 mm. Additionally, a special size – 200 lfm x 600 mm – is also available. Please note: Films with the special size of 200 lfm per roll are not designed for use with standard media holders (e.g., on the XP600-Pro system), as the higher weight of the film may cause long-term damage to the holder/media feed. We recommend using this film exclusively in combination with a pneumatic roll holder (such as the one included with the XP600-Pro-4HD-V2). Using it with an unsuitable roll holder/unwinder is at your own risk!

Note: Finished DTF transfers should be further processed at temperatures between 120–155°C depending on the textile substrate in order to achieve optimal results (e.g., bathing slippers at 110°C). Finished transfers will retain their quality for up to 6 months when stored properly. DTF-FOIL-PEHR-
