Product Information
The Diamond Grade low-temperature hotmelt adhesive granules (Made in Germany) are suitable in combination with textiles made of synthetic and natural fibers. The product convinces with good properties to reduce resublimation and contributes to the reduction of possible migration.
- Area of application: Synthetic and natural fibers - Anti-resublimation: good - Anti-migration: good - The granules are compatible with inks from the following manufacturers: Epson®, DuPont™, Polyprint®, Brother®, Mimaki and others.
Properties - TPU (polyurethane) - Grain size: approx. 120 μm - Haptics / feel of the transfer: medium/hard - GOTS certified - OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certified - Melting point: from 110°C - Wash resistant up to 60° (The wash resistance of a textile depends on various factors, such as the textile used, selected print settings & settings, inks used, hot melt adhesives or films. Please carry out your own washing tests and check the textiles, transfers or prints according to your requirements).
Processing recommendation: - Natural fiber: ~ 140 - 155 °C / up to 15 sec / 2.5 bar - Synthetic fiber: ~ 120 - 130 °C / up to 15 sec. / 2.5 bar DTF-ADH-PE-
