The Emo-Frame Acrylic System is a simple and brilliant solution to produce unique 3D photo panels with standard transfer presses. This invention allows you to offer your customers unique 3D photo panels with sublimation printing. The moulds art. nr. EFAJ- (also called jig) required for this system consists of a predefined shape. Immediately after pressing, the acrylic sheet art. nr. EFA- is placed in the mould, adapting to its contour. After cooling down, the 3D photo panel is removed, done! You can create eye-catching and stunning 3D photo panels that are interesting for different target groups such as hotels, gastronomy, car dealerships, artists, institutions but also private persons. The moulds required for processing, so-called jigs, are currently available in 3 shapes (arch, wave, double wave) and 2 sizes each.
