Up to three platens on the press at once
With the Secabo quick-change system you can mount up to three interchangeable platens side by side, depending on your press model, and swap them within seconds. No tools are needed and there is no waiting for the press to cool down — you switch between chest logo, sleeve and back print in the middle of a job.
Keep using your base platen
An adapter is included that lets you mount the original base platen of your press onto the quick-change system. Its beam technology means garments can still be pulled comfortably over the base platen. You are not giving up working surface, you are adding to it. The interchangeable platens themselves are ordered separately.
Shorter set-up times in production runs
On jobs with changing design positions, set-up time is what decides the margin. Cutting a platen change from minutes to seconds gives you noticeably more capacity per shift — without an additional press and without additional floor space.
