The stainless steel frame allows the hot-melt adhesive to gel on the transfer film without contact (when using a transfer press in the 400 x 500 mm format).
The frame height of 10 mm creates a distance between the DTF film and the heating surface. At the same time, heat loss is reduced during gelation with the transfer press.
