The xTool DTF Transfer Film has been specially developed for use with the xTool DTF Printing System (XT-DTF-DS-390) and the xTool OS1 DTF Fixing Unit (XT-DTF-PE-390).
Product Highlights - Side Perforations: Fit perfectly into the guide of the xTool OS1 fixing unit and allow automatic feeding. This reduces manual effort, prevents errors, and increases productivity. - Excellent Ink Absorption: Ensures vibrant and vivid print results. - Hot-Peel Film: Can be easily peeled off 5–10 seconds after pressing, enabling fast transfers without long cooling times. - Breathable and Skin-Friendly Prints: Prints are comfortable to wear and highly washable. - Suitable for Various Materials: Works on cotton, polyester, and synthetic fabrics.
Note: Textile printing should be carried out at 15–30 °C and 30–80 % humidity. For optimal results, we recommend 20–30 °C and 50–80 % humidity. Finished DTF transfers should be further processed depending on the textile at 150–160 °C for best results (pressing time: 5–10 seconds). XT-DTF-FOIL-390
