Product Information
The Magic low-temperature hot melt adhesive granules are suitable for use in combination with textiles made from synthetic and natural fibres.
The product offers good adhesion and contributes to improved coverage on various textile substrates.
Areas of applications:
Synthetic and natural fibres
The hot melt adhesive granules are compatible with inks from various manufacturers, such as Colourspring, Kodak, Mexar, Epson®, DuPont™, Brother®, Mimaki and others.
Properties:
- TPU (polyurethane)
- Granule size: 80–200 μm
- Transfer feel/handle: soft / medium
- Melting point: from 110°C
Processing recommendations:
- Natural fibres: ~ 140–155 °C / up to 15 sec / 3 bar
- Synthetic fibres: ~ 120–130 °C / up to 10–15 sec / 3 bar
- Re-press for approx. 5 seconds

The wash resistance of a textile depends on various factors, such as the textile used, the selected print settings and configurations, the inks used, hot melt adhesives or films.
Please carry out your own wash tests and check the textiles, transfers or prints according to your specific requirements.
